30 going on 31

I forgot to mention that I am a 30 year-old male.

Foods:
Breakfast:
Spinach with lemon juice (I ran out of deli meat)

Lunch:
Some beef that had been crock-potted into extreme tenderness

Snack:
30ish almonds
Glass of milk that might be going bad -- My nose is really sensitive to milk and meat going bad, but I figure that if I am the only one to smell that, then it is probably okay.

Dinner:
My wife made a stir fry with tofu, broccoli, those green things (that she told me the name of but I can't remember), red peppers, and maybe something else. We ate that with some brown rice that had butter on it. I had a glass and a half of black cherry/grape juice too. I generally go with 1/2 juice 1/2 water, but the black cherry grape is very strong (expensive too), so I can go 1/3 juice (which makes it less expensive overall I suppose, I just thought of that).

Some jerk decided to bring fudge in to the office today. Fudge is one of the few deserts that people bring in that I can eat. It was intermixed with white chocolate covered pretzels (which I used to love pre-celiac), so it was probably contaminated (but not enough to matter my brain said). I resisted today, but how long can I hold out?

For exercise my wife and I walked to the grocery store to get some things. It is probably a mile round trip, and we didn't go as fast as I did yesterday, but I did have to lug the bag of groceries on the way back, so that has to count for something.
