I have been craving sugar so much recently after eating a so much of it. Going to go cold turkey now to try to fix that.

Food:
Breakfast:
Brats with Mustard

Lunch:
Vanilla Yogurt with Almonds

Dinner:
Tuna-Noodle Casserole
Green Beans
Popcorn
Tots with Yogurt & BWW

I ate too much for dinner. Stupid sugar cravings.
