At Ryan's (Yes, I have to stop going there so much)
Wings
Fish with Tartar Sauce
Salad with Egg, Ham, Raisins, and Ranch
Sausage with Heinz 57 and Sour Cream
Dinner:
Healthy Chili that my wife made with Yogurt and Wendy's Chili Sauce (my wife does not like things spicy at all, so that is a quick way to add a little spice to mine)
Exercise:
I walked about 1.5 miles at a decent to good pace.
