Breakfast:
Chips with Seasoned Meat, Re-fried Beans, Yogurt, Lettuce, and Salsa.

Snack:
Vanilla Yogurt with Almonds

Lunch:
Brats with Mustard

Snack:
Cheetos

Dinner:
Tots with Yogurt and BWW
Dark Chocolate

Exercise:
I walked a half mile at a good speed and a half mile very slowly.
