Chicken Rice and Vegetables with Curry and Honey

Dinner:
Chips with Seasoned Meat, Salsa, and Yogurt

Snack:
Dark Chocolate

Exercise:
I walked 30 min at a slow pace, and then later another 30 min at a slow pace.
