Wendy's Large Chili with Yogurt and Chili Sauce

Cheetos
Hot Chocolate (At least I didn't go to the store to buy a bag of dark chocolates. I wanted to.)
Exercise:
I walked two miles at a varied pace. I through in a few stretches of fast (for me) running to keep my body guessing. I am going to get my ass back in gear. I have been lazy for too long.
