UFC Heavyweight Champion of the World...Brock Lesner! I'm glad that Brock won. I think that he plays a good heel, and is entertaining. Mostly though, I got tired of listening to the Brock haters bitch about him. It won't shut them up of course, but it is always funny to see loud annoying people be wrong. It is too bad about his classless post fight antics, now people will harp on that. He did win very dominantly though.

Breakfast:
Spinach salad with chicken strips and lemon juice
Lunch:
Tots with some BWW sauce and ranch
Snacks:
A cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows
Dinner:
Chebe homemade pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and garlic. I put on about 1/4-1/3 of the cheese that I previously would have. I ate four of the six pieces
Late night:
I am going to be up late since I took a nap so that I could stay up to watch the fights, and I had some beef jerky, some cherries, and some sausages.
Exercise:
I did not end up exercising last night, but this morning, I did dig up yard around the garden so that my wife can plant some more flowers. I dug and carried dirt for 30-40 minutes.
