Normally, I don't look at calories, because I don't want to be thinking about whatever food I am eating in that way. If I want to eat something, I want to enjoy it, and not be worrying about each bite being 50 calories.
Anyway, I randomly checked the microwave popcorn that we get, 'white and fluffy', or something like that. And find out that the entire bag only has about 140 calories total! I was shocked at the lowness of that number. Popcorn seems like a great snack if you feel the need to be eating something bulky.
Of course, I had to compare, and the smoked sausages that I ate each had 200 calories in them.
I couldn't finish the second one.
