We just finished watching my free birthday movie, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button". I can't stand the name. It might be one of my least favorite movie names of all time (hence the title). Also, it was freaking long. I can't sit down for that long to watch something (I feel like I am wasting time, even though I will be wasting that time doing something else anyway), so we had to watch it over three days. Nonetheless, it didn't drag and kept me interested throughout. My expectations were high, so it had a high bar to reach, and I still thought that it was pretty good. I give it a B+.
Weigh In: 282 (with towel-bar)
Another four pounds off my gut. Mayhaps next week I will lose the towel bar.

Cabbage and cucumber salad with lemon juice
A brat
About one scrambled egg
Lunch:
A couple pieces of salmon
Half a package of sausage links
Cherries
Snack:
I was over at a friend's house this afternoon, and didn't have a snack today.
Dinner:
The other half-package of sausage links
Cherries, boy am I a big fan of cherries. They taste good, and the seed forces me to enjoy the fruit while I work around it. That really helps curb overeating I think.
Exercise:
I did some very slow walking with my wife during the morning, as she took me to a fancy garden that she really likes. We walked, but also stopped to look at flowers and take pictures. We also walked a mile or so to the grocery store and back.
I did a few curls with the weights at my friend's house while I was waiting for my turn on the game we were playing.
