Last night I walked another half mile at a good pace both ways as I went to see Shakespeare in the park. The Genesius Guild was performing Henry VI, parts I and II. The first part was over at 9:30pm, and, knowing that I had to get up for work the next day, I left at intermission. Two Saturdays from now I will be able to head back for Part II and stay up later. The main actors all did a good job, and a couple did a very good job, Maggie Wooley and Andrew Koski (both Prenzie Players), and even though a few of the minor actors were a little rough, it was still a good play overall (especially considering that it is a free play in the park), and I look forward to Part II in two weeks, as well as Part III in one (yeah, I will be watching I III II).
Food:
Breakfast:
I had a spinach salad with deli turkey and lemon juice
Snacks:
Grapes
Yogurt with almonds
Lunch:
The leftovers of the leftovers casserole from yesterday with BWW sauce
Dinner:
My wife made a shrimp, rice, cabbage, other vegetables, and a little bit of moz cheese casserole tonight. It was good, but I asked that she not put any more cheese in anything, as it can always just go on afterwards.
Exercise:
I got some good exercise in today. I came home and mowed the back lawn with the push mower, and then came inside and did Dance Dance Revolution (henceforth DDR) on my old X-Box for about 50 minutes. If you don't think that DDR is a good workout, you be crazy.
