Weigh In: 298 (or 279.5 with towel bar)
That's right, I am off the towel bar. Now, obviously, my estimate at the beginning of this blog was off by about five pounds. When I first weighed in, I probably weighted around 310 (on our home scale, which probably isn't the most accurate, but that isn't the point). This new weight does come with a caveat though. I was so tired from yesterday, that I slept until about 11am this morning (waking up for around two hours in the middle of the night didn't help either). So, had I weighed myself at a normal time, I probably would have weighed a pound or two more. Nonetheless, that is the number that I have, and that is the number that I am using. Unfortunately, next week might not look as good because of this.
About one-and-a-half years ago, I maxed out in weight around 325. I became slightly healthier, and I had dropped (I now see) around 15 pounds over that time frame. I would say that dropping about 10 lbs in three weeks is pretty good (considering I have a normal life and no trainer/dietitian and can't work out like the Biggest Losers, as well as Celiac Disease).
Food:
Lunch:
Half of a large chili from Wendy's with sour cream and chili sauce. Waking up at 11 will kinda eliminate breakfast.
Dinner:
Bacon
Cherries
Exercise:
I mowed the front lawn. I walked a mile to the grocery store and back at a good speed. On the way home I curled the grocery bag. It was only 6.5-7 lbs, but the whole way home adds up.
