Thanksgiving, Sorta

My wife decided to have a Thanksgiving in July party this week. We had received a turkey a while back, and it was far too big for us to eat by ourselves. So she decided to make a party of it. She made the turkey and mashed potatoes, and everyone else brought potluck type things. I would say that it went pretty well, even though it was a few too many people for my tastes. The food was good and my wife enjoyed organizing it all (although I am sure that she is glad that she can rest now), and that is what is important.

Also what is important is that I have easy meals the next few days from leftovers.

Food:
Breakfast:
The rest of that Lasagna
Banana

Snack:
The rest of that pad thai

Lunch:
The remaining half breast of chicken with salt
Cherries
Almonds

Snack:
Yogurt with almonds

Snack:
Popcorn
Beef sausage

Dinner:
Turkey
Mashed Potatoes with corn starch gravy
A few pieces of steamed vegetable

Exercise:
Nuthin. I made the excuse of not really a good time before dinner. I'm making another one of too tired now. I have to get up early again tomorrow for work. Everyone needs a day off now and then, this was mine.
