Yeah, I just don't have anything to say today. Yesterday was a long one though, so I deserve a day off.
Food:
Breakfast:
A big piece of ham and pulled pork from last night
Lunch:
A couple pieces of steak and the remaining pulled pork from last night. Yeah, that is the third meal that I have gotten for my $5.99 plus tax. I still have another half meal to go.
Snack:
The rest of the grapes (finally, we can buy some more black cherries, those were WAY better, plus, they help prevent gout!)
Vanilla yogurt and almonds
Dinner:
A mixture of hamburger, onions, zucchini (maybe?), and some kind of squash. My wife made it to put on rice, but I didn't see any rice when I grabbed it, so I just ate it with some BWW sauce.
Exercise:
My leg still feels a little DOMS, but I decided to DDR it anyway. I did that for about an hour. I try to alternate hard and easy songs to work out my heart and keep my body ready for sudden changes (sort of like interval training). I also took a medium to slow walk with my wife for about a mile.
