Celiac Potluck

We went to the annual celiac potluck today. My wife really likes going to potlucks, and we don't usually get to go because I can't really trust any of the food. This is one of the few opportunities that we have to enjoy a potluck without worries. I still limited myself on what I could eat, as I didn't want to eat any cheese or desserts (of which there are always many at potlucks).

Food:
Breakfast:
Hamburger with salsa and ranch with chips. I felt kinda ill after eating this, and I intend to try to eat more healthily for breakfast.

Lunch:
Homemade salsa with Fritos
Potato salad
Gluten-free biscuits/muffins (whatever they were, they were good) with butter
Tomato salad
A grape
Cole Slaw
I think that that is it. It looks like a lot, but I didn't have that much of any of it (except for the bread) and I didn't overeat.

Snack:
I snagged four little biscuit/muffins (about the size of a quarter cubed) and ate those with butter, still good.
Cherries

Dinner:
Large Wendy's Chili with two sour creams and two chili sauces

Exercise:
Mowed the front lawn
Pushups, crunches, a few leg circles
Two half-mile walks to Shakespeare in the park and back to see Henry the Sixth: Part Three. I had to leave at intermission again, though I can finish it next Sunday night if I decide to. I mentioned two people who did very well last time, and I want to mention two more. Pat Flaherty played Lord Clifford, and although he wasn't in Part Three for very long, he did a great job in Part One. Michael King played Richard very well. His soliloquy about wanting the crown was spoken with anger and frustration and tinged with madness. It was outstanding.
