The library called yesterday and told me that this book that I wanted was in, "Audition" by Michael Shurtleff, so I picked it up after work today. A few months ago, I decided, after seeing another phenomenal performance by a local Shakespeare troop, The Prenzie Players that I just had to try out. So, I am reading up on acting and auditioning. I have low expectations, but I feel that if I can pull off a really good audition that I can get Lord #2 and Guard #3, and work my way up from there.
Food:
Breakfast:
I had the tofu stir fry leftovers for breakfast, but I should have had more. I was hungry throughout most of the day, and I know that that is bad.
Lunch:
The rest of those calico beans, still very good, but I ate them and that last half of the banana around 10am because I was so hungry. Normally I have a big container of vanilla yogurt at work too, in which I mix some almonds, but it was sitting at home in the fridge. There is still one piece of fudge left to tempt me at work, but it shouldn't make it through tomorrow.
Snacks:
50-55 almonds
an apple
a nectarine
Dinner:
I came home and ate some hamburger with taco seasoning and salsa with chips. Then, after exercising, I had more of the same along with a glass of black cherry/grape juice (1/3 juice). I know that it isn't good to be hungry, but days like this are going to happen as I learn how much food my body really needs. At least I feel satiated now.
Exercises:
I walked a mile or mile and a half with my wife at a decent speed, so that was some exercise. Some jackass owner left his very mean dog out in the yard which got our hearts pumping a little bit more. I had written some choice things about the owner here, but decided that it would be best to remove them.
