Beep

Current weight:
*beep* -435- *beep* -72- *beep* -391- *beep* -182- *beep* -286- (with towel bar) (this weigh in brought to you by the annoying folks at Biggest Loser)

So, 286 (with towel bar), I dropped four pounds from the previous week. Of course I don't know how much of it was cleaning crap out of my body or that I ate a meal late last night, or that it was (kinda) my first week doing this, but it is a number, so that is what I have. It will be interesting to see what happens next weekend.

Food:
Breakfast:
The last two pieces of yesterday's pizza
The rest of last night sausages
some cherries

Lunch:
My wife made a leftover casserole from snap peas, rice, hamburger, tots, a little cheese, and maybe some mushroom soup. I had mine with BWW sauce.

Snack:
A lot of sweet and hot beef jerky

Dinner:
Hamburger with Taco seasoning and salsa with chips
We polished off the rest of the cherries (now on to the grapes)

Exercise:
I walked a mile-and-a-half with my wife, and mowed the front lawn with the electric mower. I may yet go on another walk to see Henry VI performed in the park tonight. I want to try to do a little more exercise this week. I certainly have the ability to do more, I just have to have the drive.
