Food:
Breakfast:
Leftover Tater-Tot Casserole with BWW

Snack:
Grapes

Lunch:
I went to Ryan's and had some Fish with Tartar Sauce
Pulled Pork with A-1 and Heinz 57
Chicken
I probably ate a little more than I should have, but not much. And I didn't eat any cheese or treats.

Dinner:
Tots with Yogurt and BWW

Exercise:
I walked about 1.5 miles at a decent pace.
