Just a quick summary of Saturday, as I am writing this on Sunday.
Food:
Breakfast:
More of that Cole Slawy Salad
Lunch:
Wendy's Chili with Sour Cream and Chili Sauce
Snack:
Six BWW Wings with Mild Sauce
Dinner:
We sent to the supplied dinner, and most of the food on the buffet line didn't seem entirely safe. So, I loaded up on Salad with Ranch and Mashed Potatoes. I was a little suspicious of the Ranch as it looked homemade, but I figured that it was okay. I ate a bit of the salad. Then a bit of the potatoes. The potatoes tasted a little off.
I thought about what to do, as I didn't want to do anything rash. I told my wife that I didn't trust the food, and left the table to go get twelve more Wings at BWW with Mild sauce. I hated wasting all of that food on the plate. I also hated wasting all of that money on wings. But, I didn't want to get sick and I trust that if my body says that something tastes weird, I shouldn't eat it.
Exercise:
I walked two miles at a decent to good pace before we left in the morning. I also did Short Form once. It felt very smooth, and I enjoyed it. Hopefully it will continue to feel that way, likely it won't.
