Givin' In

Well, I gave in and ate some dark chocolate tonight. I felt a huge urge again, and I figured that it would be better to give in to the craving than to overeat to keep myself occupied again. Dark chocolate was a lot sweeter than I remembered (maybe eating very little (comparatively) sugar for the past month-and-a-half will do that to a person). It is actually edible.

We shall see if it was a bad idea to give in if I continue to have cravings for sweet things now.

At least I didn't run to the gas station and buy a candy bar, which I was on the verge of doing.

Weigh-In:
The big weigh-in put me at 284, down 2.5 more pounds. It is a little disappointing, but to be expected with my bigger drop the previous week due to not having as much food in my body.

Food:
Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs
Sausages w/ mustard

Snack:
Beef Jerky

Lunch:
Beef Jerky
Steak with Steak sauce. The sauce seemed very sweet. I wonder if they make a low sugar steak sauce.
Fried Potatoes with Nonfat Plain Yogurt (my wife didn't use too much butter, and used what is supposed to be the less unhealthy stuff)

Dinner:
Popcorn
Beef Jerky
Fried Potatoes with Nonfat Plain Yogurt

Snack:
Quite a bit of Hersey's and Dove Dark Chocolates (AKA better than candy bars)

Exercise:
One mile at a slow pace and one mile at a decent pace.
