I...Cheated... (Prepare to be irritated with me)

Don't you absolutely hate it when a news show or radio host or article link says something that is attention getting, and then the actual piece is only barely related to the shocking headline?

Yeah, me too.

Okay, I didn't cheat on my diet or exercise. And I didn't cheat on my reporting (well, not on purpose, there is a chance that I forgot something at some point I suppose).

Oh yeah, don't you also hate it when you want to find something out, but they just keep putting it off and talking about other unrelated crap that you couldn't give a rat's ass about?

Yeah, me too.

I cheated on the frequency of my weigh-ins. I should only be weighing in once per week, but I have been weighing in every day (sometimes day and night). This has to stop.

I don't know about everyone else, though I assume that they feel the same way, but if I see a big weight loss when I weigh in in the morning, I try extra hard the next day. Unfortunately, if I see a gain or no loss, it is discouraging, and I try less hard. That puts me in to a vicious cycle of laze-assin' around.

So, no more will I be weighing in indiscriminately. I will only weigh in on Sunday mornings when I report to you.

As a side note, I now hardly ever click on any links that are shocking and are ambiguous at all. I think that my life has improved since making that decision.

(Another headline I could have used was "I've been cheating on weigh-ins." Wouldn't that have just totally pissed you off when you found out what I meant?)

Food:
Breakfast:
Quiche from yesterday

Snack:
Green Beans

Lunch:
Pad Thai with soup and salad.
I actually ate too much. I was about 3/4 finished, and I thought, "I am not hungry anymore. I wonder if I should get a box or finish it off?" I cleverly decided to continue eating for no good reason at all and started to feel full. After cursing my stupidity, I asked for a box for the remainder.

Snack:
Popcorn
Doritos (I still have a little of the bag left that I bought a month ago, not bad, comparatively)

Dinner:
Chicken with some salt and a little ranch on part of it.

Exercise:
I walked about 1.5 - 2 miles at a decent pace.
