Okay, good news for me at least. I recently took a blood test. Not only did my Complete Blood Count look good, but my Fat-Ass Liver has become less fatty.
In March my AST was 65. Now it is 44 (the average is 15-37).
In March my ALT was 114. Now it is 87 (the average is 30-65).
So, the numbers are still high, but they have dropped pretty dramatically (especially if you consider that I have only been (relatively) healthy for a month and a half. Granted, no one really knows why the numbers dropped. But being slightly less grotesquely fat probably is large part of it.

I walked about 1.5 miles this morning in the rain. It was warm but it may have contributed to me being a little sick today. I also walked about a mile to the grocery store and back. I did Tai Chi short form once.
