Breakfast:
Tots with Yogurt and BWW (Yeah, I bet that you are sick just from reading that right now)

Snack:
Dark Chocolate

Lunch:
Salmon with Ranch, Mustard, and Lime Juice

Snack:
Dark Chocolate
Cool Ranch Doritos

Dinner:
Bacon
Veggie Stew from the CSA vegetables that my wife made. I'm sure that it was ridiculously healthy.

Exercise:
I mowed the front yard with the electric, and the back with the manual.
