I ate way too much for dinner. I felt full after the Turkey, but I wanted something sweet, so I just kept eating. At least I only stuffed myself with popcorn. The feeling has passed now, but when it hit me, hoo boy. I can't believe that I didn't go buy a candy bar or something.
If I had eaten one, I realize that it wouldn't have been the end of the world or anything. I know that failing once doesn't mean that it is all over. It would have had a negative effect on both my attitude and weigh-in tomorrow though.

Turkey with BWW Sauce

Exercise:
A three mile walk at a decent to good pace until the end when I started slacking.
