I am still hungry all the frickin' time. I might google around and/or post on some message boards tomorrow to see if anyone else has this issue. My only solution thus far is to continue to eat when I am hungry. Clever, huh?
I am also tired, and going to bed just after 8:00pm.

Wendy's large chili with sour cream and chili sauce

Exercise:
I mowed the back yard with the push mower, and then walked about two miles at a decent to good pace.
