Okay, this will be a quick one.
I tried the veggie chicken Pad Thai for lunch. Apparently, it has gluten in it because I spend the afternoon vomiting, among other things. It makes my a sick right now to even think about it, so I am done, sorry.

Breakfast:
Chips with Seasoned Hamburger, Re-fried Beans, Salsa, and Sour Cream
Lunch:
Pad Thai with Veggie Chicken
Snack:
A little Banana Bread
Popcorn
Dinner:
Chips with Seasoned Hamburger, Re-fried Beans, Salsa, and Sour Cream
Hot Chocolate with half of a packet and a little Cocoa
Exercise:
The sickness totally beat any energy out of me. I have nothing left to exercise with.
