I am still feeling sick. It totally sucks. My throat feels all clogged which makes it harder to breathe. I just feel tired and beat.
With sickness holding me back this week, and after losing extra last week because of the vomiting, I don't have high hopes for my weigh-in this weekend.

A piece of Beef Jerky to get my digestive system going before my morning walk

Banana Bread
Snack:
Almonds
Dinner:
Chips with Seasoned Meat, Salsa, and Plain Vanilla Yogurt. The yogurt did just as well as sour cream ever did. Looks like a permanent switch for me.
Exercise:
I walked about 2.5 miles at a slow to decent pace.
